Employ your bookkeeping skills for great causes! 

The Avalon Consulting Group is seeking a part-time Billings Assistant with excellent organizational skills and a high level of discretion to support our accounting department. This 20 hours per week job will involve the handling and processing of invoices, cost allocation and general bookkeeping support. 

Collaborate with our dynamic teams on accounting support for our work with an exciting variety of museums, theaters, social service, environmental, and progressive advocacy nonprofits clients. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Client billings
  • Cost accounting for client campaigns
  • General bookkeeping support
  • Other tasks as required.

What We Need: 

  • Strong candidates with 2-5 years of experience
  • Excel rock stars
  • Off-the-charts detail management
  • Ability to follow and create organizational systems
  • A high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Quickbooks experience preferred
